[BUG] High power consumption while in background

Describe the bug
The app is consuming a lot of power (and battery life) when it's in the background.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

• Run Galaxy Buds Client in the background.
• Don't have anything connected.
• Observe high battery drain in Windows Settings app.

Expected behavior

• It shouldn't be consuming this much power, especially while idle with nothing connected.
