[BUG] Unable to establish connection Galaxy Buds +

Describe the bug
I downloaded the program, the buds are connected to the laptop but i get the following screen (screenshot below):

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Buds are connected to laptop
2. Download program
3. Open the program
4. Following error comes into view

Additional context
Even after disconnecting the device, the program still gives the same error
