[feature request] Sync changes made in Github Gist to Obsidian

First, thanks for your plugin and all the work that is gone into it! It is really useful for me! I have a little feature request (though I'm not sure this can be done with Gist): I'd like to see an option to sync changes that are done to the file e. g. in the webinterface of Github Gist down to the Obsidian note.

How it should work:

1. If a note is opened that is shared to Gist, a automatic check should be performed, if the online content has changed from the note.
2. If that is the case, ask the user, if he wants to exchange the local content with the remote one or the other way around - or do nothing and keep unsynced contents.
3. Update remote or local content, depending on users choice (or do nothing).
