For making this plugin work with kibana 4.5 and lower

The problem with the autostyle is, that on Kibana 5+ the page frame is broken without it. Though if I remeber correctly they wanted to get rid of it somehow (but haven't as far as I can tell from their sources).

It might be the best idea for now, to use require inside a try block to import this to work on a wide range of Kibana versions. I will try to look into it during the next days, and than also merge this pull request.
