Command not found

This is how I installed jiphy

$ pip install jiphy
Collecting jiphy
  Downloading https://files.pythonhosted.org/packages/a5/c9/37a710f44ca07fb668b21466f610b3dbf1cc8d1f44d3d55bdde2ceeb74f4/jiphy-1.2.2.tar.gz

Successfully built jiphy
Installing collected packages: jiphy
Successfully installed jiphy-1.2.2

But when I run jiphy, it says 'command not found'
