environment.yaml does not work or is out of date.

I tried creating a virtual environment from the environment.yaml repository, on my computer and in google colab, in both cases almost nothing was installed automatically and I had to rebuild the file and install some of it manually. For this reason it is very difficult to test anything as some of the requested package versions are not available and it is difficult to understand why the program doesn't work as a whole.
