Where can I find the App?
Heya, it seems like the app is not in the Windows Store anymore? Any chance to put an AppxBundle up here so we can sideload the App?

The app identities (11359TimothyLiang.MobileDiscord (/PTB/Canary/Dev)) can be found in old appxmanifest files. Seems like stable, PTB, and Canary were published, while Dev wasn't. However right now only Canary is still available, the more known PTB variant is unpublished.
As for publisher ID (x50kx86and41j), it can be calculated from publisher information. With both app identity and publisher ID, the link to Microsoft Store app detail page can be obtained.
