touch effect bug

Describe the bug touch animation effect will stay and won't dismiss

Expected behavior when I press the tab very fast the touch animation effect will stay and won't dismiss

Please provide an Expo Snack which reproduces this bug so I can take a look into it.

Please provide an Expo Snack which reproduces this bug so I can take a look into it.

After I tested in Expo, the issue didn't happened. But when I test in simulator using cli, it is happened.
