Support for additional close out methods other than fifo

Current portfolio.merge maintains a queue of buys and sells that are itterated over on a fifo basis to net out buys and sells.

Would want to support itterating over in a lifo or price to provide other close out methos such as min loss, lifo, max profit. Etc
