list of problems does not work

I ran into a problem that I could not solve. I have two computers, both asdf and elixir 1.6 are installed on them. At the same time on one computer the list of problems works correctly, and on the second one it is always empty. _2018-01-28_15-49-31

elixir --version
Erlang/OTP 20 [erts-9.1] [source] [64-bit] [smp:4:4] [ds:4:4:10] [async-threads:10] [hipe] [kernel-poll:false]

Elixir 1.6.0 (compiled with OTP 19)

whereis elixir
elixir: /usr/local/bin/elixir /usr/local/lib/elixir /home/etsamoe/.asdf/shims/elixir

the path to the installed elixir matches on both computers. What could be the cause of the problem?
