Add beehiiv as newsletter platform

Added beehiv in pliny in this PR. After the pliny pr got merged beehiiv should be available in the package and this PR can be merged.

This PR introduces information that the beehiiv newsletter api is availble in the pliny package and introduces the correspoinding environmental variables in the .env.example.
