Folding icons not displayed

If I use folding: true as option for the editor the "-" and/or "+" symbols are not shown (but if I click where they should be they work correctly).

I found that if I also include the editor.main.css from the monaco-editor npm package then the SVGs are shown.

I hope I'm not bothering you too much with these issues. 😅
