Collaboration with other output

When I use this with additional output, e.g. the show_trace option of NLsolve.nlsolve The progress bar is overridden. Like

At least in the Juno REPL. Ideally additional output would be printed below any output from ProgressMeter.

I have a similar issue with logging: Whilst both logging and progress bar output is visible, I would prefer to have progress bar output disabled for log levels where log output is generated anyways...
