colorblind friendly theme?

Yes. If the current color schemes are not color blind friendly I think we should change the defaults. Does it just occur in the light or dark theme? I've attached a file, you can upload it to the theme editor here https://echarts.apache.org/en/theme-builder.html, make changes and send the proposals back to me.
