Show query in progress / loading indicator when query is running.

The animation link isn’t working for me. But based on the screenshot, the loading symbols seem to be the ones that show up when you first open a dashboard and everything is taking time to get started. This is in the older version we are running as well.
We’d want a loading symbol that shows up in a specific component while there is a query behind it that’s still running. At the moment, the component stays in its previous state with no indication of a query running on the backend, so the user has to catch a visual change in the chart or table to know that the query is complete. Does the latest version have this component-specific loading symbol?

Questions for dev:
- How generically can we handle this for all components?
- Question for users - Do they expect every component to handle this the same way?
Added loading spinner to submit button if queries are queued on server. After >2 queries being queued, the individual input items become blocked.
