Scatter - Moving y-Axis to RHS causes error

user-cm - Was using a scatter plot.

I wanted to demo moving axis to right so tried the reverse L button. It broke and caused a non-resettable error (that was very frustrating).

Steps to recreate:

1. Add scatter plot.
2. Move one column to RHS
3. Expected - axis on right
4. Actual - Error
