The version of the environment required for the latest code

I installed torch1.8.1 (in the anaconda virtual environment) under Win10, and my computer cannot connect to the Internet. I use pip to install the repository. But the default torch version is 1.8.0, how should I modify the code to use 1.8.1? Did you specify a specific version? Looking forward to receiving your reply！
