Benchmark should include a test of deletion

With regulation such as GDPR in the EU, deletions is a very important feature to support. Benchmark should measure the performance of random deletions as conformance with GDPR cannot rely on expiry of the data.

Great suggestion @hbs . Adding UPDATEs and DELETEs is on our shortlist of functionality to test across DBs, even more so with regulations like GDPR now fully in place.

Feel free to add any thoughts on the implementation/design around deletion benchmarking for any of the featured databases to this issue.
