ClickHouse: Made tags optional and adjusted TABLE creation for newer version

  1. The UseTags feature for ClickHouse seemed pointless, since the data ingestion didn't offer the possibility to include the main tag (e.g. hostname) in the main table. For other DBs (e.g. TimescaleDB) this was possible with the in-table-partition-tag, which is why I added it for clickhouse as well

  2. The CREATE TABLE statement for ClickHouse didn't work with the newest version of ClickHouse anymore
