Warning logs on Install

What happened? On install or update of Promscale deployment, we see warning logs.

Did you expect to see something different? I expect no warning logs install, or update.

How to reproduce it (as minimally and precisely as possible): On helm install.

• [ ] cli
• [X] helm chart

• tobs version: 0.11.3

This requires us to revamp how we set telemetry data. Since we did some major change to the codebase it would be worth investigating what telemetry data is actually needed for our team and adjust accordingly.
