An easy way to add more dashboards by the end-user

Why do we need it?

To allow better capabilities for stack expansion

Anything else we need to know?:

Currently we are using the mechanism provided by grafana helm chart to include additional dashboards. However since tobs is already using this mechanism, it means that end-users need to copy-paste our config and extend it. This leads to poor UX and possibility of loosing dashboards provided by tobs.
