Consider splitting write pool

Currently write pool is shared between traces and metrics. Not many users are ingesting both at the moment, however we should benchmark this and decide if we need to split the write pool.

Splitting the pool will be a good idea, otherwise the tracing ingestion can starve due to heavy metric ingestion from Prometheus..
