This PR is not enabling ct e2e tests for timescaledb-single on purpose. During development it came clear that to do such thing it would take considerable amount of time and as such I decided that for now we can live with previous method which is using a shell script. We should still use ct to lint all non-deprecated charts.

All this work should still be beneficial considering we are adding 2 more helm charts (avalanche and promscale) to this repo.
