I can not follow the suggestet upgrade path

Upgrade TimescaleDB to 2.15 Upgrade Postgres to 14, 15 or 16.

because TimescaleDB to 2.15 is not available for Postgres to 14, 15 or 16 in the repo https://packagecloud.io/timescale/timescaledb/debian/

the lowest Timescaledb version available is timescaledb-2-postgresql-16 | 2.21.4~debian13 | https://packagecloud.io/timescale/timescaledb/debian trixie/main amd64 Packages
