[Content Bug] The categories in the integrations page need to be reviewed

Please review https://docs.timescale.com/integrations/latest/ and check that the pages are in the correct categories. For example:

• Tableau is aunder Observability and Alerting when it’s a BI / Visualization tool (should be under Query and administration).
• Redis is listed under Query and Administration but the docs we link to are for CDC from Postgres to Redis which would not work with Timescale Cloud.
• We promote MongoDB and MySQL because there are FDWs for them but they are not available on Cloud and I don’t think we make them available in our Docker image either.
• We also promote Neon because they package TimescaleDB Apache version. I don’t think we should be promoting them in our docs, especially not in that section about integrations.
