Add a note saying that Debezium CDC does not work if the table has compressed chunks. Otherwise it works as described with the SMT Timescale transforms: https://debezium.io/documentation/reference/stable/transformations/timescaledb.html#_timescaledb_configuration, plus logical replication is not enabled by default on Timescale cloud instances.
