One pager on how to get started with Data tiering is no longer available

I had written up a tour-data-tiering page that served as a "Getting started" page for Data tiering. That content is now missing or split across multiple pages.

This 1 pager gives all the necessary information so that a user can try out "Data tiering" without going through reams of documentation. This is important for helping users on-board. With the current organization, I don't have a "Getting started/Tutorial link that I can send to new users.
