[Docs RFC]Rewrite Migrate> With downtime: pg_dump/restore to Migrate with downtime

Rewrite https://docs.timescale.com/migrate/latest/pg-dump-and-restore/ with 2 sections

  • Download from the source database
  • Upload to the target database

In each section use tabs to have imports from:

  • TimescaleDB
  • PostgreSQL
  • Multi-node? Or should this be deprecated
  • AWSRDS: https://docs.timescale.com/migrate/latest/playbooks/rds-timescale-pg-dump/

Use the template in https://github.com/timescale/docs/pull/3263/files as guidance.
