The list of features on https://docs.timescale.com/about/latest/timescaledb-editions/ doesn't include skip scans & asof joins? Are they postgresql licensed, apache licensed, or Timescale community licensed? It was supposed to be an optimization that works for non-hypertables and is applicable in the upstream postgres codebase if I remember correctly?
