[Content Bug] Update Function Pipelines page to update references to functions that are no longer experimental
Describe the bug
The functions pipelines page includes in its examples some features that are marked as experimental, such as toolkit_experimental.lttb, in https://docs.timescale.com/use-timescale/latest/hyperfunctions/function-pipelines/#pipeline-elements. In practise, some of these functions have been stabilised (see https://docs.timescale.com/api/latest/hyperfunctions/downsampling/#lttb). We need to review this page, check which of the mentioned functions have been stabilised, and update the references to them accordingly.

@jamessewell, who should I ask to review these experimental functions?
