Add feature: Overlapped Appointments (Option to get dynamic availability)

When registering a reservation, it makes sense that my reservation is allowed only if my contact has enough availability. But if I'm creating a reservation for myself to a contact of mine, availability should be created on the fly.

That being said, it could be through a checkbox (e.g. "auto-manage availability") or just assuming that when I create a reservation for my own business (assuming I've got no employees) I already know if I have enough availability.

In the case I've got employees, this could be managed through overlapping of reservations, which in turn could allow to make an emergency reservation where there is no availability previously filled in the system.
