Describe the issue linked to the documentation

While setting up to use HPC for future experiments I followed the instructions in the md file and ran the classificiation_experiments.sh. I made a few mistakes during the process which I want to highlight in the guide and also clear up a few steps.

Suggest a potential alternative/fix

Improve clarity of "_tsml_research_resources\soton\iridis\iridis_python.md". Make minor corrections to the top half of the .sh files in the same directory.
