ERROR NaN

I am trying to download some parameters(0,N2,Tn etc), for 2017 and 2017 each of different geographical location from MSIS_00 model, however, I am receiving this error"DNET LOG ERROR NaN NaN 16.0000000". I have tried update/downloading manually by using : python -c "import pyglow; pyglow.update_indices([2014, 2015, 2016, 2017, 2018])" but still unable to download. I do not understand what the error means and what to do? I need help from anyone please

Can you please provide a small example code which reproduces the problem?

This is related to the Kp indices missing, which in turn is related to the Kp indices not updating (https://github.com/timduly4/pyglow/issues/105). See also https://github.com/timduly4/pyglow/issues/60#issuecomment-442991167 for more info
