The Tesla app will now support streaming live video from the car's cameras. Will this api be updated to allow streaming sentry video feed?

This isn't an API, it's just documentation.

We just need to figure out how they are doing it. It's not over the usual API server, so I'm not sure where to start looking. Unfortunately, my usual tools are showing the index.android.bundle is now garbled text. Trying to figure out why now...

Why not use an Android emulator with mitmproxy and the root CA for mitmproxy installed and trusted on the emulator? Then, you should be able to see all traffic decrypted.
