incomplete build

The generated index.js includes the contents of the properties and values, but still requires the local './properties' and './values' files, which are not included in the build or npm package, only in the src files.

Finally I wasn't able to run the module via either grunt or gulp to test the integration, as I couldn't get around the error message 'unexpected reserved word' triggered at 'require' in the index.js of the module, but maybe I'm using it wrong (I'm new to postcss).

Thanks for reporting this issue. I've released a new version v1.0.1 where this issue should be fixed with https://github.com/timche/postcss-german-stylesheets/commit/ebd5f3411fbdbf1faa89cd60e588febea10d30ca.
