gmail-desktop Google Apps still open in Meru even when setting is off

See setting screenshot. Google docs still opens in Meru instead of browser.

You're using an outdated version of Meru. All the settings have moved to the in-app settings. Please install the latest version and try again.

The app doesn't self update anymore. Is this intentional? I keep getting this notification popup, but quitting the app and reopening does not actually update the app.

I get the notification to update but the app never updates. It says it will automatically install on exit but quitting the app does not update it. The version stays at 3.9.4 and does not update to 3.19.2.

Please try to manually install the latest version from the website.
