Steps to reproduce the behavior

go to askubuntu.com create an account verification email will include a line to confirm email upon clicking link a very long URL is displayed to approve opening the URL on the user screen and will be a width that is too large in my opinion.

Expected behavior I would expect a window that is not wider than 50% of the width of the current display I have 5 display as follows: 4x1080p 22.5" 1 x 4K 43"

I have updated to 3.0.0-alpha.37 and confirmed this is still an issue.

I completed the same test on Windows (it's a dual boot system) and this issue does not exist on Windows.
