Hello. I am not able to download the git-osx-installer on my macbook pro because of possible malware from unidentified developer.

Not sure if you were able to download but opening system preferences, then security & privacy, then in the "allow apps downloaded from:" click on open anyway

I think my mac already downloaded git because when i type in "git --version" in iTerm2 app, it tells me i have git version 2.15.0 - which is the one we need.
