After entered url to load, if i hit enter no code is downloaded but only program window is reloaded and no new file is created, instead if i click with mouse on blue "ok" button everything works fine.

I can reproduce this - I'm actually seeing Brackets restart. Can you advise the version of Brackets and which OS you're using it on. Thanks, Tim.
