Add the ability to upload a single file

Whilst FTP sync of the complete site is great, I don't often want to do that because I have files/folders that don't go on the server (e.g .scss, .psd files) and that I don't want to sync/upload. Mostly, I want to make an edit and upload a single file or choice of a few files.

So, this is a feature request for single file/file of my choice uploads. Thanks!
