GitSavvy Inline Diff: Auto-scroll improvements

This consolidates similar requests and discussion into a single issue (#434 #433 #427). So far, we've discussed 1) moving to the next line after staging a line, and 2) moving to the next hunk after staging a line/hunk. Would it make sense to provide both of these. Should one be implemented over the other? Or is there a third option that would satisfy concerns that each one addresses?

I'm not sure If #433 really belongs here? This is auto-scroll improvements after staging, and #433 is just auto-scrolling.

I've edited the title to reflect the broader scope. All of these requests will be very closely integrated and use the same mechanisms, so would prefer to keep it in the same place :)

@divmain Any progress on this? I needed this again today, and came back to open an issue only to find this already created. Seems to me, that I'm the only one who wants this :/
