Is Whippet adapted for long reads?

Hello all, I would like to know if whippet is adapted for long reads and if anyone has already used it on Nanopore long read RNA-seq

I would not think it would work well with nanopore long-read sequencing, and I do not recommend Whippet for this purpose. But you could check out our other repository that is specifically for quantification and analysis of long-read sequencing data: https://github.com/timbitz/Isosceles
