Feature request: customizable Scoreboard

Request for further customizability for scr_showscores

1. Requesting x and y offsets so the scores could be moved around the screen to work with various HUD layouts
2. Requesting ability to adjust scr_scoresscale and scr_scoresalpha (could also hard-code an alpha between 0.65 and 0.75)

1. Requesting scr_scoreboard1 to be regular layout, 2 - team-sorted and 3 - double-column layout (Q3/L style)
