Quite a big diff, but I mostly removed code.

This is a feature parity pull request implementing the same API as the android module:

  • remove facebook dependency
  • track app open
  • update parse framework to latest (1.9.1)
  • same name for the module (eu.rebelcorp.parse, was rebel.Parse)

@tlenclos I will definitely look into this PR! But first I have my focus on an app release using the Android part of this module. Thanks for your effort.

@tlenclos then you might have a look at v0.12.0 as well, that solves 2 important issues.
