Looks like increasing the chunk size improves the results for this lib :)
I think the code is better, but it for some reason breaks the syntax highlighting.
This will likely create some merge conflicts with next-minor (with the span tracing changes), but I can resolve those 👍🏼

Considering this would no longer be used internally, I don't think we need this addition. If you feel strongly about adding it, feel free to re-open to discuss.
