TiltedEvolution NPC with wrong face color; not matching to body color.

While testing i've noticed that some NPC (iirc mostly female?) have a dark face skin and a light body skin.

This appears to be due to bUseFaceGenPreprocessedHeads being forced off to solve black face bugs on player characters? Might need to investigate further. Perhaps we can use preprocessed heads for NPCs but generate them on the fly for player characters?

This also seems to happen when you coc whiterun from main menu (check your own neck). Maybe that can come in handy for troubleshooting!

This is an guaranteed way to cause that issue, tho that already happens in base game.
