Describe the Feature You Want

It would be nice to be able to customize the title of the web UI. In my use case I would like to be able to differentiate between multiple instances of Tilt more easily.

Current Behavior

The Tilt UI title is always a summary icon, a summary of the number of resources, and then Tilt.

Why Do You Want This?

It would be nice to be able to customize the final part with some text so it would appear like Tilt <whatever text>, such as Tilt (Service 1) to differentiate next to a tab with Tilt (Service 2) or Tilt: Core next to Tilt: Product A.
