Describe the Feature You Want

• When a resource has a dependency on multiple others, show the names of all resources being waited upon

Current Behavior

• When a resource has a dependency on multiple others, the count of resources being waited upon is shown
  • NOTE: If there's only 1, the name is shown

Why Do You Want This?

• Understand what is happening in Tilt without resorting to CLI
