Support FIDO2 authentication on the TKey.

This is dependent on:

  • HID USB class support, and a way of addressing it. #216 #217
  • Implementation of the CTAP2 protocol.
  • Research needed if we need to store a counter (and any other data?) persistently.

Where can this issue live? In the tillitis-key1? A tillitis-public repo?
