hanging wof neighbourhood process

The wof neighbourhood sync process hangs. We should:

  • try to prevent this from happening
  • get alerted if it does

@rmarianski Can you provide more info here, please?

Are you saying if any one feature has a problem, the whole WOF neighbourhoods update will abort?

The process hangs. All updates stop until the process is manually killed and lock file removed.
